How flexible are the web shops and shopping carts?

Very flexible: product ranges, prices, and configurators can be tailored precisely to customer needs—even company-wide. Users receive exactly the products, prices, and functions that are approved for them—including wish lists (also company-wide), approval processes, and budgets.

How does Microstaxx support logistics and after-sales?

Our own logistics team handles assembly, firmware updates, DoA tests, and EU-wide shipping according to customer specifications. For worldwide shipping, we rely on very strong partnerships and highly automated processes (including API connections). In addition, we offerSLA-based services, RMA processing, and personal case support—even after purchase.

Which systems can be connected?

We support standard interfaces such as cXML and OCI—including for SAP, Coupa, ARIBA, and Unite. Other systems can also be easily integrated. This allows our solutions to fit seamlessly into existing ERP and purchasing systems.
