Our certifications

ISO 27001 Information Security Management System

Microstaxx has been ISO27001 certified since 2021 in accordance with the internationally recognized DIN EN ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard.
As a managed service expert for innovative IT infrastructures, we offer our customers and business partners the highest level of security in all areas of business based on a certified and continuously improved information security management system (ISMS).

We meet the special information security requirements of the automotive industry with Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange. ( TISAX Label abrufbar, Scope-ID: SLNW57, Assessment-ID: A1MVZX-1, TISAX and TISAX results are not intended for general public).

Our governance is based on ITIL best practice processes. (IT-Infrastructure Library).

ISO 9001 Quality Management

Our internal quality management system for IT consulting and project planning, sales, service, and support of IT infrastructures for industry-independent customers and public clients has been audited and certified every year since 2003 in accordance with the internationally recognized ISO 9001:2015 standard. This demonstrates the quality of our processes and creates the basis for systematic, continuous improvement of Microstaxx’s overall performance – the permanent goal of our company.

ISO 14001 Environmental Management

The topic of environmental protection in general, and climate change and CO2 emissions in particular, are becoming increasingly important in social discourse. We see ourselves as having a responsibility here, both personally and as an organization. Since 2019, we have been one of the companies that regularly undergo successful auditing and certification in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001:2015. ISO 14001 covers both the introduction and application of an environmental management system. We have developed and implemented appropriate measures. Since then, it has been our goal to consider environmental opportunities and risks for products and companies in all our activities and to regularly reduce our CO2 footprint.

Our company’s ISO 14001 certification was valid until November 14, 2025. We made a conscious decision to change certification bodies and are already in the process of recertification with our new partner.

ClimatePartner certified company

Microstaxx has been voluntarily calculating and offsetting its CO2 emissions since 2021. Starting in the base year 2023, we will be a ClimatePartner-certified company, which means that we have calculated our greenhouse gas emissions, defined reduction targets, are continuously implementing reductions, and are financing climate protection projects. With the ClimatePartner-certified label and the associated Climate ID-Page, we communicate transparently about these steps.

The project: Tabaluga Kinderstiftung (Peißenberg)

On the grounds surrounding the Tabalugahof Peißenberg meet Children’s House/Tabalugahof, Sternstundenhaus and the Orange House Together: The Tabalugahof is home to therapeutic education groups for children with a focus on trauma education—close to nature and animals, including horseback riding opportunities. Right next door are the therapy centers. Sternstundenhaus and Orange House:

Our donation is being put to perfect use here—we are very impressed: meaningful, appreciative, and with a palpably loving approach.”
The donation in the amount of 10,000 euros consists of 5,000 euros of employees (via bonus programs), which Management has added another €5,000.

Münchner Geschenkeregen

At the Münchner Geschenkeregen Children from social institutions write their Christmas wishes on small pieces of paper. These wish lists are sent to participating companies—at our company, they are hung on the Christmas tree in the foyer. Wishes include warm clothing and toys.

Our Microstaxx employees take a piece of paper, fulfill the wish, wrap the gift nicely, and place it under the tree. Shortly before Christmas, the gifts are collected and personally handed over to the children. This year, our commitment goes to a Transitional housing for refugees, in which also 70 children are accommodated.
